30 - وتتناقض أية محاولة تهدف إلى التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة الوطنية والسلامة الإقليمية لأي بلد مع مقاصد ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومبادئه.

Where there were no disputes over sovereignty, there was no alternative to self-determination, however any attempt to disrupt the national unity and territorial integrity of a country was incompatible with the Charter.
ففي الحالات التي لا تنطوي على نزاعات على السيادة، لا يوجد بديل لتقرير المصير، غير أن أية محاولة للاضرار بالوحدة الوطنية والسلامة الإقليمية لبلد ما هي منافية لأحكام الميثاق.
