٢ - تطلب إلى مؤتمر نزع السلاح أن يراعي، في المفاوضات المتعلقة بإبرام اتفاقية بشأن حظر اﻷسلحة اﻹشعاعية، شمول نطاق معاهدة كهذه للنفايات اﻹشعاعية، وكذلك النص فيها على أحكام صريحة تتعلق بحماية البيئة؛
