٦ - وفي الساعة ١٥/١٨ من يوم ٢٠ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٧، شوهدت طائرة هليكوبتر عراقية وهي تحلق على ارتفاع منخفض من الفاو باتجاه البصرة عند اﻹحداثيين الجغرافيين 39R TP 5300023000 على خريطة خسرو - أباد، جنوب نهر ماجنين، قبالة أبو شناك اﻹيرانية في المنطقة الحرام.

9. On 22 April 1997, at 1130 hours, one Iraqi crane and two vehicles, along with five personnel, were observed repairing electric poles, across from the Sumar area, in the no-man's land.
٩ - وفي الساعة ٣٠/١١ من يوم ٢٢ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٧، شوهدت رافعة عراقية وعربتان مع خمسة أفراد وهم يقومون بإصلاح اﻷعمدة الكهربائية قبالة منطقة سومر في المنطقة الحرام.

13. On 24 April 1997, at 1820 hours, one Iraqi vehicle, carrying one 14.5 mm anti-aircraft gun, was observed moving from Faw to Bassra at the geographic coordinates of 39R TP 4700035000 on the map of Khosro-Abad, across from Abadan Island, north of Manaril Al-Ghibani, in the no-man's land.
١٣ - وفي الساعة ٢٠/١٨ من يوم ٢٤ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٧، شوهدت مركبة عراقية تحمل مدفعا مضادا للطائــرات مــن عيــار ١٤,٥ مم، وهي تتحــرك مــن الفــاو إلــى البصــرة عند اﻹحداثيين الجغرافيين 39R TP 4700035000 على خريطة خسرو - عباد، قبالة جزيرة عبدان، شمال مناريل الغيباني في المنطقة الحرام.

32. On 18 May 1997, at 0730 hours, one Iraqi grader was observed destructing strongholds around the Iraqi Al-Ghatiba sentry post at the geographic coordinates of 39R ND 4700021000 on the map of Ghasr-e-Shirin, west of border pillar 57/10, in the no-man's land.
٣٢ - وفي الساعة ٣٠/٧ من يوم ١٨ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٧، شوهدت جرافة عراقية تدمر التحصينات حول نقطة الحراسة العراقية القاتيبة عند اﻹحداثيين الجغرافيين 39R ND 4700021000 على خريطة قصر شيرين، غرب الشاخص الحدودي ٥٧/١٠ في المنطقة الحرام.
