15. Also calls upon the Government of Iraq to increase its cooperation with international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations to provide humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country, in particular to ensure the right to an adequate standard of living, including to food and health care;
٥١ - تطلب أيضا إلى حكومة العراق أن تزيد من تعاونها مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة اﻹنسانية والقيام بالرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد، وبخاصة لضمان الحق في مستوى المعيشة اللائق، بما في ذلك الحق في الغذاء والرعاية الصحية؛

(j) To cooperate further with international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations in providing humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country;
(ي) أن تتعاون كذلك مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية والقيام بالرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛

(j) To cooperate with international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations to provide humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country;
)ي( أن تتعاون مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة اﻹنسانية والقيام بالرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛

(i) To cooperate fully with international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations in providing humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country;
)ط( أن تتعاون تعاونا تاما مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة اﻹنسانية والقيام بالرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛

15. ٥١ - تهيب أيضا بحكومة العراق أن تزيد من تعاونها مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة اﻹنسانية والقيام بالرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد، وبخاصة لضمان الحق في مستوى معيشة لائق، بما في ذلك الحق في الغذاء والرعاية الصحية؛

(k) To cooperate further with international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations to provide humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country;

(ك) أن تتعاون كذلك مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية والقيام بعمليات الرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛

(j) To cooperate further with international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations to provide humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country;
(ي) أن تبدي المزيد من التعاون مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية والقيام بعمليات الرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛

(n) To cooperate further with international aid agencies and nongovernmental organizations to provide humanitarian assistance and monitoring in the northern and southern areas of the country;
(ن) أن تتعاون كذلك مع وكالات المعونة الدولية ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية في تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية والقيام بعمليات الرصد في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛

(f) Cease immediately its repressive practices aimed at the Iraqi Kurds and other minorities, as well as the population of the southern marsh area, cooperate in the identification of minefields existing throughout Iraq with a view to facilitating their marking and eventual clearing and cooperate with international aid agencies to provide humanitarian assistance in the northern and southern areas of the country;
)و( أن تكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية الموجهة ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين واﻷقليات اﻷخرى، فضلا عن سكان منطقة اﻷهوار الجنوبية، وأن تتعاون في الكشف عن حقول اﻷلغام الموجودة في جميع أنحاء العراق بهدف تيسير تمييزها بعلامات وتطهيرها في النهاية، وأن تتعاون مع وكالات المعونة الدولية في تقديم المساعدة الانسانية في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛
