2. The Secretary-General shall transmit the provisional agenda to the members of the Commission together with the notification referred to in rule 3 and with the names of any members of the Commission who have provided any coastal State concerned with scientific and technical advice.

The Protocol requires that a document reflecting the coverage of the liability of the notifier or exporter shall accompany the notification referred to in Article 6 of the Convention.
ويطلب البروتوكول إرفاق وثيقة تثبت تغطية مسؤولية المخطر أو المصدّر مع الإخطار المشار إليه في المادة 6 من الاتفاقية.

The appointment shall be included in the notification referred to in paragraph 1 above;

3. A document reflecting the coverage of the liability of the notifier or exporter under Article 4, paragraph 1, or of the importer under Article 4, paragraph 2, of the Protocol shall accompany the notification referred to in Article 6 of the Convention.
3 - ترفق بالإخطار المشار إليه في المادة 6 من الاتفاقية وثيقة تعبر عن تغطية مسؤولية المخطر أو المصدر بموجب المادة 4، الفقرة 1. أو المورّد بموجب المادة 4، الفقرة 2 من البروتوكول.

Establishment of a legal instrument to provide that a document reflecting the coverage of the liability of the notifier or exporter under article 4, paragraph 1, or of the importer under article 4 paragraph 2, of the Protocol will accompany the notification referred to in Article 6 of the Convention.
1 - إنشاء أداة قانونية تتأكد بأن الوثيقة التي تغطي مسؤولية المخطر أو المصدّر وفقا للمادة 4 فقرة 1 أو تغطي مسؤولية المستورد وفقا للمادة 4 فقرة 2 من البروتوكول سيتم إرفاقها بالإخطار المشار إليه في المادة 6 من الاتفاقية.

Establishment of a mechanism to verify that a document reflecting the coverage of the liability will accompany the notification referred to in Article 6 of the Convention (Art. 14, paragraph 3).
2 - إنشاء آلية تتحقق بأن الوثيقة التي تغطي المسؤولية سترفق بالإخطار المشار إليه في المادة 6 من الاتفاقية (المادة 14 فقرة 3).

The Party concerned may make a further written submission within four weeks from the date of receipt of the notification referred to in section IX, paragraph 6;
(ه) يجوز للطرف المعني أن يقدم بياناً كتابياً آخر في غضون أربعة أسابيع من تلقي الإخطار المشار إليه في الفقرة 6 من القسم تاسعاً؛

(c) The Party concerned may make a written submission within [four] weeks after receipt of the notification referred to in paragraph 31 of this section;
(ج) للطرف المعني أن يتقدم ببيان خطي في غضون [أربعة] أسابيع من تلقي الإخطار المشار إليه في الفقرة 31 من هذا الفرع؛

The Party concerned may make a written submission within four weeks from the receipt of the notification referred to in Article 9, paragraph 6;
(ه) يجوز للطرف المعني أن يقدم بيانا كتابيا في غضون أربعة أسابيع من تلقي الإخطار المشار إليه في الفقرة 6 من المادة 9؛

In the event of the notification referred to in paragraph 4 above, consent to be bound by this Agreement shall be established in accordance with paragraph 2 (c) above.
5- في حال تقديم الإخطار المشار إليه في الفقرة 4 أعلاه، يتم إثبات قبول الالتزام بهذا الاتفاق وفقاً للفقرة 2(ج) أعلاه.

He proposed the addition of a paragraph saying that the notification referred to in the article might be effected by mail or by any other means that the court deemed appropriate.
واقترح إضافة فقرة تذكر أن اﻹشعار المشار إليه في المادة يمكن تنفيذه بريديا أو بأية وسيلة أخرى تراها المحكمة ملائمة .
