وتضمن المادة 63 من الدستور أن " الأسرة هي نواة المجتمع وأن لها الحق في الحماية من الدولة والمجتمع " .

53. Article 9 of the Basic System of Government stipulates that " The family is the nucleus of society. " Article 10 further stipulates that " The State shall seek to strengthen family ties, safeguard family values and cater for the welfare of all family members, creating appropriate conditions for the development of their aptitudes and capabilities. "
53- تنص المادة 9 من النظام الأساسي للحكم على أن " الأسرة هي نواة المجتمع " ، كما نصت المادة 10 من نفس النظام على حرص الدولة على توثيق أواصر الأسرة والحفاظ على قيمها ورعاية جميع أفرادها وتوفير الظروف المناسبة لتنمية ملكاتهم وقدراتهم.

With regard to children, we wish to refer to article 11 of the Constitution, under which the State has an obligation to protect and support the family, which is the nucleus of society, and to cater for the welfare of mothers and children.
وفيما يخص الطفل نود الاشارة إلى نص المادة ١١ من الدستور " اﻷسرة نواة المجتمع وتكفل الدولة حمايتها وتدعمها وترعى اﻷمومة والطفولة " .

11- وقد عملت الأديان على تنظيم الأسرة على قواعد من التعاطف والتكافل والحنان، ومنذ ذلك الوقت بزغت الأسرة إلى أن أصبحت مؤسسة ديمقراطية، وأيا كان، فلا ريب في أن الأسرة هي نواة المجتمع والأساس الوطيد الذي يقوم عليه كل عمران بشري.

372. Article 45 guarantees the rights of women. Article 3 (4) of the new Constitution affirms that the personal status of religious communities shall be protected and respected.. Article 20 states that the family is the nucleus of society and the State shall protect and encourage marriage. Article 42 guarantees freedom of belief.
372- تعنى المادة 45 بكفالة حقوق المرأة، كما أكدت الفقرة 4 من المادة 3 من الدستور الجديد (صيانة ورعاية الأحوال الشخصية لمختلف الطوائف الدينية، كما تنص المادة 20 على أن الأسرة نواة المجتمع وتحمي الدولة الزواج وتشجع عليه، والمادة 42 التي تكفل حرية الاعتقاد.

(e) To establish a network of contacts with governmental and non—governmental institutions and organizations dealing with matters affecting women, children and human rights with a view to an exchange of experience and viewpoints concerning any new developments intended to protect the family, the nucleus of society;

243- وفقاً لما ينص عليه الدستور، الأسرة نواة المجتمع ويتعين أن تُقدِّم لها الحماية اللازمة، وهناك اختياران لتأسيس أسرة هما الزواج والمعاشرة الفعلية المسجلة، وبالتالي وبموجب هذا الحكم الدستوري والقانوني، فجميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وغير المعاقين، لهم الحق في تكوين أسرة أو بيت تبعاً للمدة والشروط والظروف التي يحددها القانون (المادة 67).
