The procedures to be used by the Technical Secretariat shall be those laid down in the Operational Manual for Satellite Data Processing.
وتكون الاجراءات التي تستخدمها اﻷمانة الفنية هي تلك الاجراءات الواردة في كتيب التشغيل لتجهيز بيانات السواتل.

20. Each State Party, as appropriate, undertakes to transmit on-line all the satellite monitoring data received and processed by ground station(s) designated by the Organization on the States Party's territory and in places under its jurisdiction or control to the International Data Centre in accordance with the Operational Manual of International Exchange of Satellite Data.
٠٢- تتعهد كل دولة طرف، حسب الاقتضاء، بأن ترسل مباشرة على الخط، إلى مركز البيانات الدولي وفقا لكتيب التشغيل للتبادل الدولي لبيانات السواتل، كل بيانات الرصد بالسواتل التي تتلقاها وتجهزها محطة ]محطات[ أرضية تسميها المنظمة على إقليم الدولة الطرف وفي أماكن تخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها.

Invites Member States to consider using the Operational Manual against kidnapping prepared pursuant to General Assembly resolution 59/154 of 20 December 2004 in their national efforts to combat kidnapping, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to continue to provide, within its mandate, Member States, upon request, with technical assistance and advice in implementing the manual;
7- يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى النظر في إمكانية استخدام الدليل العملي لمكافحة الاختطاف، الذي أُعد عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 59/154 المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2004، في جهودها الوطنية الرامية إلى مكافحة الاختطاف، ويطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يواصل، ضمن حدود اختصاصاته، تزويد الدول الأعضاء، بناءً على طلبها، بالمساعدة التقنية والمشورة في تنفيذ ما يتضمّنه الدليل؛

27. The Technical Secretariat shall immediately trigger the appropriate atmospheric radionuclide monitoring stations if the analysis of the detected ambiguous electromagnetic pulse data indicates possible occurrence of a nuclear explosion, in accordance with the Operational Manual for EMP Monitoring and the International Exchange of EMP Data.
٧٢- على اﻷمانة الفنية إعطاء إشارة الانطلاق فورا لمحطات رصد النويدات المشعة الجوية إذا ما أشار تحليل بيانات النبض الكهرومغناطيسي الغامض المكتشف إلى إمكانية حدوث تفجير نووي، وذلك وفقا لكتيب التشغيل لرصد النبض الكهرومغناطيسي والتبادل الدولي لبيانات النبض الكهرومغناطيسي.

23. 14. The ICP Handbook and the Operational Manual document the underlying methodology and procedures for the current round of the Programme. They provide guidance on setting up the survey framework and data collection.
14 - يوثق كتيب برنامج المقارنات الدولية ودليله التشغيلي المنهجية والإجراءات التي تستند إليها الجولةُ الحالية من البرنامج، ويقدمان إرشادات عن وضع أطر الدراسات الاستقصائية، وجمع البيانات.
