The present report provides information on the operations of the Special Fund established by article 26 of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

وقد أعلن الأمين العام تفاصيل كاملة للخطة في تقريره إلى الجمعية العامة ومجلس حقوق الإنسان بشأن عمليات الصندوق الخاص (A/65/381).

At its sixty-eighth session, the General Assembly appealed to all States and organizations to contribute annually to the Fund and requested the Secretary-General to report to the Assembly on the operations of the Special Fund at its sixty-ninth session (resolution 68/156).
وفي دورتها الثامنة والستين، ناشدت الجمعية العامة جميع الدول والمنظمات أن تتبرع للصندوق سنويا، وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية تقريرا عن عمليات الصندوق الخاص في الدورة التاسعة والستين (القرار 68/156)

The present report was prepared in accordance with General Assembly resolution 68/156, in which the Assembly encouraged contributions to the Special Fund established by the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Assembly at its sixty-ninth session a report on the operations of the Special Fund.
