It is therefore suggested that the words " Unless otherwise agreed between the originator and the addressee, " be added in paragraph (1) immediately before the words " The time of ... " .
ولذلك يُقترح أن تُضاف العبارة " ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك المنشئ والمرسل إليه " إلى الفقرة (1) قبل العبارة " يعتبر وقت إرسال " مباشرة.
