At its thirty-ninth meeting, the Implementation Committee recalled this recommendation and, by recommendation 39/14, urged the Federated States of Micronesia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/17 no later than 29 February 2008.

The Committee may wish to note with appreciation that the United Arab Emirates has submitted to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendations 40/2 and 40/38, which shows that the Party consumed zero ODP-tonnes of carbon tetrachloride in the years 2005 and 2006.
95 - قد تود اللجنة أن تلاحظ مع التقدير أن الإمارات العربية المتحدة قد قدمت إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصيتين 40/2 و40/38، والتي تبين أن الطرف استهلك صفراً من الأطنان بدالة استنفاد الأوزون من رابع كلوريد الكربون في عامي 2005 و2006.

The Committee therefore agreed to note with appreciation that the United Arab Emirates had submitted to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendations 40/2 and 40/38, which showed that the Party had consumed zero ODP-tonnes of carbon tetrachloride in the years 2005 and 2006.

(b) To urge Bangladesh further to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/3 of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting;
(ب) أن تحث بنغلاديش أيضاً على أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/3 في الاجتماع الثامن والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذ في أسرع وقت ممكن، لا يتجاوز 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، لتنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين؛

(b) To urge the Federated States of Micronesia further to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/17 of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting;
(ب) تحث أيضاً ولايات ميكرونيزيا الموحدة أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/17 للاجتماع الثامن والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذ بأسرع وقت ممكن بحيث لا يتجاوز 29 شباط/فبراير 2008،، لتنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين؛

(a) To urge Guatemala to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/19 of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting;
(أ) أن تحث غواتيمالا أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/19 للاجتماع الثامن والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذ في أسرع وقت ممكن، في موعد يتجاوز 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، لتنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين؛

(a) To urge the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in paragraph (a) of recommendation 38/24 of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee with regard to its regulatory arrangements as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting;
(أ) أن تحث الجماهيرية العربية الليبية أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في الفقرة (أ) من التوصية 38/24 للاجتماع الثامن والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذ فيما يتعلق بترتيباتها الناظمة في أسرع وقت ممكن، في موعد يتجاوز 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، لتنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين؛

(a) To invite Ukraine, should it still wish to pursue its request to revise its methyl bromide baseline data, to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/46 of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting;
(أ) أن تدعو أوكرانيا، إذا رغبت في مواصلة طلبها لتنقيح بيانات خط أساسها لبروميد الميثيل، أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/46 للاجتماع الثامن والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذية في أسرع وقت ممكن، ولا يتجاوز 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، لتنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين؛

(a) To request the United Arab Emirates to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/47 of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting;
(أ) أن تطلب من الإمارات العربية المتحدة أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/47 للاجتماع الثامن والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذ بأسرع وقت ممكن ولا يتجاوز 29 شباط/فبراير 2008 لتنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين؛

(a) To note with appreciation that the United Arab Emirates has submitted to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendations 38/47 and 39/36 of the Implementation Committee, thereby clarifying the baseline consumption of carbon tetrachloride as zero for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000.
(أ) تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن الإمارات العربية المتحدة قدمت إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في توصيتي لجنة التنفيذ 38/47 و39/36، فأوضحت بذلك أن استهلاك خط الأساس من رابع كلوريد الكربون للسنوات 1998 و1999 و2000 يبلغ صفراً.

(a) To note with appreciation that the United Arab Emirates had submitted to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendations 38/47 and 39/36 of the Implementation Committee, thereby clarifying the baseline consumption of carbon tetrachloride as zero for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000;
(أ) تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن الإمارات العربية المتحدة قدمت إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في توصيتي لجنة التنفيذ 38/47 و39/36، فأوضحت بذلك أن خط الأساس الاستهلاك من رابع كلوريد الكربون للسنوات 1998 و1999 و2000 هو صفر؛

Accordingly, Ukraine had been invited, as stated in recommendation 39/35 of the Implementation Committee, that should it still wish to pursue its request to revise its methyl bromide baseline data, to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/46 of the Implementation Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 29 February 2008, for consideration by the Committee at its fortieth meeting.
229- دعيت أوكرانيا، حسبما هو مذكور في توصية لجنة التنفيذ 39/35، إذا كانت لا تزال راغبة في الاستمرار في طلبها تنقيح بيانات خط أساسها بشأن بروميد الميثيل، إلى أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في توصية لجنة التنفيذ 38/46 بأسرع ما يمكن وفي موعد غايته 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، لكي تنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الأربعين.
