The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to establish a separate independent national mechanism, in full accordance with the Paris Principles relating to the status of national institutions for the promotion and protection of human rights, to ensure comprehensive and systematic monitoring of children's rights.
13- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لإنشاء آلية وطنية منفصلة ومستقلة تتوافق تماما مع مبادئ باريس المتعلقة بوضع المؤسسات الوطنية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، وذلك لضمان الرصد الشامل والمنهجي لحقوق الطفل.
