Notes the problems experienced by some Permanent Missions to the United Nations in connection with the implementation of the Parking Programme for Diplomatic Vehicles, and notes that the Committee shall remain seized of the matter, with a view to continuing to maintain the proper implementation of the Parking Programme in a manner that is fair, non-discriminatory, effective and therefore consistent with international law;
3 - تلاحظ المشاكل التي تواجهها بعض البعثات الدائمة لدى الأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ برنامج وقوف المركبات الدبلوماسية()، وتلاحظ أن هذه المسألة ستظل قيد نظر اللجنة بغية مواصلة تنفيذ برنامج وقوف المركبات على نحو سليم وبطريقة نزيهة فعالة غير تمييزية، وبالتالي متسقة مع القانون الدولي؛

Notes that the Committee will continue to review the implementation of the Parking Programme for Diplomatic Vehicles, with a view to addressing the problems experienced by some permanent missions in that respect and continuously ensuring its proper implementation in a manner that is fair, non-discriminatory, effective and therefore consistent with international law and that it shall remain seized of the matter;
3 - تلاحظ أن اللجنة ستواصل استعراض تنفيذ برنامج وقوف المركبات الدبلوماسية() بغية معالجة المشاكل التي تواجهها بعض البعثات الدائمة في هذا الصدد، ومواصلة كفالة تنفيذه بدقة وعلى نحو منصف وغير تمييزي وفعال ويتماشى بالتالي مع القانون الدولي، وأنها ستبقي المسألة قيد نظرها؛

وعلى وجه الخصوص أعربت وفود كثيرة عن قلقها إزاء الصعوبات العملية التي تواجهها فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ برنامج انتظار المركبات الدبلوماسية المعتمد في سنة 2002.

According to the United Nations Legal Counsel, the text of the Parking Programme for Diplomatic Vehicles was in keeping with international law and practice and the United States would ensure that its application remained consistent therewith.
