2. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following acts against the persons referred to in paragraph 1 are and shall remain prohibited at any time and in any place whatsoever:

2- تتخذ تدابير ملائمة عند الاقتضاء لتأمين حماية الأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة فضلاً عن الأشخاص المشتركين في التحقيق من كل سوء معاملة أو تخويف أو عقاب بسبب البحث عن معلومات عن شخص محروم من حريته.

6. Invites the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission at its fiftyeighth session a report containing a compilation and analysis of any available information, from all appropriate sources, on alleged reprisals against the persons referred to in paragraph 1 above;
6- تدعو الأمين العام إلى تقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين يتضمن تجميعاً وتحليلاً لأي معلومات مستقاة من جميع المصادر الملائمة عن الأعمال الانتقامية المزعومة ضد الأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 أعلاه؛

27. The privileges, immunities and facilities to be accorded by the headquarters agreement to the persons referred to in paragraph 26 should be consistent with those contained in the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Court and should reflect the special relationship between the Court and the host country.
27 - ينبغي أن تكون الامتيازات والحصانات والتسهيلات التي تمنح بموجب اتفاق المقر للأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 26 متسقة من الأحكام المتضمنة في الاتفاق المتعلق بامتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها، وأن تعكس العلاقة الخاصة بين المحكمة والبلد المضيف.

8. Invites the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Council at its fourteenth session and annually thereafter, in accordance with its programme of work, containing a compilation and analysis of any available information, from all appropriate sources, on alleged reprisals against the persons referred to in paragraph 1 above, as well as recommendations on how to address the issues of intimidation and reprisals.
8- يدعو الأمين العام إلى أن يقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الرابعة عشرة وكل عام بعد ذلك تقريراً، وفقاً لبرنامج عمل المجلس، يتضمن تجميعاً وتحليلاً لأي معلومات قد تُتاح، من جميع المصادر المناسبة، عن الأعمال الانتقامية التي يُدَّعى ارتكابها ضد الأشخاص المُشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، وأن يقدّم كذلك توصيات بشأن كيفية تناول مسائل الترهيب والأعمال الانتقامية.

Each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this article who have reason to believe that an enforced disappearance has occurred or is planned report the matter to their superiors and, where necessary, to the appropriate authorities or bodies vested with powers of review or remedy.
3 - تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة لكي يقوم الأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة والذين لديهم أسباب تحمل على الاعتقاد بحدوث حالة اختفاء قسري أو بالتدبير لارتكابها بإبلاغ رؤسائهم عن هذه الحالة، وعند الاقتضاء إبلاغ سلطات أو هيئات الرقابة أو الطعن المختصة.

24. 24 - يتعين أن تكون الامتيازات والحصانات والتسهيلات التي تمنح بموجب اتفاق المقر للأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 23 متسقة من الأحكام المتضمنة في الاتفاق المتعلق بامتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها، وأن تعكس العلاقة المحددة بين المحكمة والبلد المضيف.

8. Invites the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Council at its fourteenth session and annually thereafter, in accordance with its programme of work, containing a compilation and analysis of any available information, from all appropriate sources, on alleged reprisals against the persons referred to in paragraph 1 above, as well as recommendations on how to address the issues of intimidation and reprisals.
8- يدعو الأمين العام إلى أن يقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الرابعة عشرة وكل عام بعد ذلك تقريراً، وفقاً لبرنامج عمل المجلس، يتضمن تجميعاً وتحليلاً لما قد يُتاح من جميع المصادر المناسبة من معلومات عن الأعمال الانتقامية التي يُدَّعى ارتكابها ضد الأشخاص المُشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، فضلاً عن تقديم توصيات بشأن كيفية تناول مسائل الترهيب والأعمال الانتقامية.

" The penalty for this offence shall be death, if the perpetrator is any of the persons referred to in paragraph 2 of the preceding article. "
