The proposal for the allocation of the pioneer area and reserved area is as follows:
واقتراح تخصيص القطاع الرائد والقطاع المحجوز هو كما يلي:

Either of the two groups of sectors may be allocated to the Authority as part of the reserved area and the remaining to the applicant as a part of the pioneer area;
ويمكن أن يخصص للسلطة أي من مجموعتي القطاعات وذلك كجزء من القطاع المحجوز ويخصص الباقي لمقدم الطلب كجزء من القطاع الرائد.
