The Act puts into practice the principle, prescribed by the Convention, that all offences should be treated as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the other States parties.
ويأخذ القانون بالمبدأ المكرس في الاتفاقية والذي مفاده أن تعامل كافة الجرائم كما لو أنها لم تقترف في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب، بل أيضاً على أراضي الدول اﻷخرى اﻷطراف.

3. The offences referred to in article 2 shall be treated, for the purpose of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the requested States Parties.
3 - إذا لزم الأمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، لأغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول الأطراف، كما لو أنها ارتكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب، بل أيضا في أقاليم الدول المقدمة للطلبات.

4. The offences set forth in article 2 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the States Parties to this Convention.
٤ - ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، تعتبر الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ كما لو أنها ارتكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في أراضي الدول اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية.

" 4. If necessary, the crimes set out in article 11 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also within the jurisdiction of the State Party requesting the extradition.
" ٤ - تعامل الجرائم المبينة في المادة ١١، إذا اقتضى اﻷمر، وﻷغراض التسليم بين دولتين طرف، كما لو أنها ارتكبت ليس في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب وإنما داخل نطاق ولاية الدول الطرف التي تطلب التسليم أيضا.

4. The offences referred to in article 1 shall be treated, for the purpose of extradition between Contracting States, as if they shall had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the requested States.
٤ - لغرض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول المتعاقدة، تعتبر الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ١ كأنها ارتكبت لا في مكان وقوعها وحده، بل أيضا في أقاليم الدول المقدم إليها الطلب.

4. If necessary, the offences set forth in article 2 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territory of the States that have established jurisdiction in accordance with article 6, paragraphs 1 and 2.
4 - إذا لزم الأمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، لأغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول الأطراف، كما لو أنها ارتُكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في أقاليم الدول التي تكون قد قررت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرتين 1 و 2 من المادة 6 أيضا.

٤ - إذا لزم اﻷمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كما لو أنها ارتكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في إقليم الدولة التي تكون قد قررت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرتين ١ و ٢ من المادة ٧ أيضا.
