واذا كان للمحيل أكثر من مكان عمل واحد، تجرى الاشارة الى مكان العمل الذي تكون له أوثق صلة بالعقد.

(a) If a party has more than one place of business, the place of business is that which has the closest relationship to the agreement to conciliate;
(أ) إذا كان للطرف أكثر من مقر عمل واحد، كان مقر العمل هو المقر الذي لـه أوثق صلة باتفاق التوفيق؛

(a) If the originator or the addressee has more than one place of business, the place of business is that which has the closest relationship to the underlying transaction or, where there is no underlying transaction, the principal place of business;

واذا كانت للمحيل أو المحال اليه أماكن عمل في أكثر من دولة واحدة، يكون مكان العمل هو المكان الذي توجد فيه الادارة المركزية للمحيل أو المحال اليه.

In the first case, the place of business is that bearing the closest relationship with the agreement to conciliate.
ففي الحالة الأولى، يكون مكان العمل هو المكان الذي لـه أوثق صلة بالاتفاق على التوفيق.

" 2. If a party has not indicated a place of business and has more than one place of business, then [, subject to paragraph 1 of this article,] the place of business for the purposes of this Convention is that which has the closest relationship to the relevant contract, having regard to the circumstances known to or contemplated by the parties at any time before or at the conclusion of the contract.
" 2- إذا لم يعيّن الطرف مقر عمل وكان له أكثر من مقر عمل واحد، يكون مقر العمل لأغراض هذه الاتفاقية [، رهنا بالفقرة 1 من هذه المادة،] هو المقر الأوثق صلة بالعقد المعني، مع إيلاء اعتبار للظروف التي كان الطرفان على علم بها أو يتوقعانها في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو عند إبرامه.

This is the case once the enterprise prepares, at the place of business, the activity for which the place of business is to serve permanently.
