Validation is the process of independent evaluation of a project activity by a designated operational entity against the requirements of the CDM as set out in decision 17/CP.7, the present annex and relevant decisions of the COP/MOP, on the basis of the project design document, as outlined in Appendix B below.
35- التصديق هو عملية لإجراء تقييم مستقل لنشاط مشروع يقوم به كيان تشغيلي معين على أساس شروط آلية التنمية النظيفة كما هي مبينة في المقرر 17/أ م-7 وفي هذا المرفق والمقررات ذات الصلة لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف، استنادا إلى وثيقة تصميم المشروع، على النحو الموجز في التذييل باء أدناه.

By project participants in accordance with provisions for the use of approved and new methodologies, contained in decision 17/CP.7, the present annex and relevant decisions of the COP/MOP;
(أ) من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا لأحكام استخدام المنهجيات المعتمدة والمنهجيات الجديدة الواردة في المقرر 17/م أ-7 وفي هذا المرفق والمقررات ذات الصلة لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف؛

By project participants in accordance with provisions for the use of approved and new methodologies, contained in decision 17/CP.7, the present annex and relevant decisions of the COP/MOP;
(أ) من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقاً لأحكام استخدام المنهجيات المعتمدة والمنهجيات الجديدة الواردة في المقرر 17/م أ-7 وفي هذا المرفق والمقررات ذات الصلة لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف؛

Carry out any other functions ascribed to it in decision -/CP.7 (Article 12), the present annex and relevant decisions of the COP/MOP.
(ن) القيام بأي مهام أخرى يسندها إليه المقرر -/م أ-7 (المادة 12)، وهذا المرفق والمقررات ذات الصلة التي يتخذها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو.

(ح) أن تكون أحكام الرصد والتحقق والإبلاغ متفقة مع المقرر 19/م أ-9، وهذا المرفق والمقررات ذات الصلة التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو؛
