(a) The term " staff representative bodies " , as used in the present chapter of the Staff Rules, shall be deemed to include staff associations, unions or other corresponding staff representative bodies established in accordance with staff regulation 8.1 (b).
(أ) يعتبر مصطلح " الهيئات الممثلة للموظفين " ، بالصيغة المستخدمة في هذا الفصل من النظام الإداري للموظفين، شاملا لرابطات أو نقابات الموظفين أو غيرها من الهيئات الممثلة للموظفين المقابلة والمنشأة وفقا للبند 8-1 (ب) من النظام الأساسي للموظفين.

(a) he term " staff representative bodies " , as used in the present chapter of the Staff Rules, shall be deemed to include staff associations, unions or other corresponding staff representative bodies established in accordance with staff regulation 8.1 (b).
