٧ - من الجدير بالذكر أنه وفقا للاجراء الذي حددته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤١/٢١٣ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٦، ينشأ صندوق للطوارئ كل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات الاضافية الناجمة عن ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.

١٨ - تدعو الى تقديم تبرعات الى بعثة التحقق نقدا أو في شكل خدمات ولوازم تكون مقبولة من اﻷمين العام، وتدار، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقا للاجراء الذي حددته الجمعية العامة في قراراتها ٤٣/٢٣٠ المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٨ و٤٤/١٩٢ ألف المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٩ و ٤٥/٢٥٨ المؤرخ ٣ أيار/مايو ١٩٩١؛

13. ٢٢ - تدعو إلى تقديم تبرعات إلى القوات مجتمعة، نقدا وفي شكل خدمات ولوازم تكون مقبولة لدى اﻷمين العام، مع إدارتها، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقا لﻹجراء الذي حددته الجمعية العامة في قراراتها ٤٣/٢٣٠ المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٨، و ٤٤/١٩٢ ألف المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٩، و ٤٥/٢٥٨ المؤرخ ٣ أيار/مايو ١٩٩١؛

21. It will be recalled that, under the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolution 41/213, a contingency fund is established for each biennium to accommodate additional expenditures not provided for in the programme budget.
٢١ - تجدر اﻹشارة الى أنه بموجب اﻹجراء الذي أرسته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤١/٢١٣، يجري إنشاء صندوق طوارئ لكل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات اﻹضافية غير المتكفل بها في الميزانية البرنامجية.

This amount will be sought under the procedure established by the General Assembly for the use of the contingency fund.
وسيطلب هذا المبلغ بموجب اﻹجراء الذي وضعته الجمعية العامة لاستخدام صندوق الطوارئ.

19. Invites voluntary contributions to the Force in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General, to be administered, as appropriate, in accordance with the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolutions 43/230 of 21 December 1988, 44/192 A of 21 December 1989 and 45/258 of 3 May 1991.
١٩ - تدعو الى إدارة التبرعات المقدمة الى القوة، نقدا وفي شكل خدمات ولوازم مقبولة لدى اﻷمين العام، إدارة ملائمة لمقتضى الحال، وفقا لﻹجراء الذي أرسته الجمعية العامة في قراراتها ٤٣/٢٣٠ المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٨، و ٤٤/١٩٢ ألف المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٩، و ٤٥/٢٥٨ المؤرخ ٣ أيار/مايو ١٩٩١.

وفي إطار الاجراء الذي وضعته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ١٤/٣١٢، ينشأ صندوق طوارئ لكل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات اﻹضافية المستمدة من الولايات التشريعية التي لم يرصد لها اعتماد في الميزانية البرنامجية.

12. It will be recalled that under the procedure established by the General Assembly in resolutions 41/213 and 42/211, a contingency fund is established for each biennium to accommodate additional expenditures derived from legislative mandates not provided for in the approved or proposed programme budget.
12 - تجدر الإشارة أنه بموجب الإجراءات التي حددتها الجمعية العامة في قراريـها 41/213 و 42/211، يُنشأ صندوق للطوارئ لكل فترة سنتيـن لتغطية النفقات الإضافية الناجمة عن الولايات التشريعية التي لم تُرصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية المعتمدة أو المقترحة.

٩ - ومما يذكر أنه بموجب اﻹجراء الذي وضعته الجمعية العامة في قراريها ٤١/٢١٣ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٦ و ٤٢/٢١١ المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٧، ينشأ صندوق طوارئ لكل فترة سنتين لتغطية النفقات اﻹضافية الناتجة عن الولايات التشريعية غير المنصوص عليها في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.

As also recalled by the Secretary-General (A/C.5/50/58, para. 30), under the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolution 41/213 of 19 December 1986, a contingency fund is established for each biennium to accommodate additional expenditures derived from legislative mandates not provided for in the programme budget.
وكما أشار اﻷمين العام A/C.5/50/58)، الفقرة ٣٠(، فبموجب اﻹجراء الذي وضعته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤١/٢١٣ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٦، ينشأ صندوق طوارئ لكل فترة سنتين للوفاء بالنفقات اﻹضافية الناجمة عن ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية.

Invites voluntary contributions to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General, to be administered, as appropriate, in accordance with the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolutions 43/230 of 21 December 1988, 44/192 A of 21 December 1989 and 45/258 of 3 May 1991;
١٥ - تدعو إلى التبرع لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان، نقدا وفي صورة خدمات ولوازم يقبلها اﻷمين العام، وأن تدار التبرعات، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقا لﻹجراء الذي أرسته الجمعية العامة في قراراتها ٤٣/٢٣٠ المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٨ و ٤٤/١٩٢ ألف المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٩ و ٤٥/٢٥٨ المؤرخ ٣ أيار/مايو ١٩٩١،

12. It will be recalled that, under the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolution 41/213 of 19 December 1986, additional expenditures proposed over and above those in the programme budget should be accommodated within a contingency fund, established each biennium to accommodate additional expenditures derived from the legislative mandates not provided for in the proposed programme budget.
١٢ - مما هو جدير بالذكر أنه بموجب الاجراء الذي وضعته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤١/٢١٣ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٦ فإن النفقات الاضافية المقترحة التي تتجاوز النفقات المدرجة في الميزانية البرنامجية ينبغي استيعابها في إطار صندوق للطوارئ ينشئ كل فترة من فترات السنتين لمواجهة النفقات الاضافية المستمدة من الولايات التشريعية غير المنصوص عليها في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.
