ودعا المجلس الأمين العام إلى عقد مشاورات مفتوحة جامعة تضم جميع الدول الأعضاء وسائر أصحاب المصلحة بهدف المساعدة في العملية الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون، وطلب أن تُجرى تلك المشاورات قبل نهاية 2010 وأن تُحاط الجمعية العامة علماً بنتائجها، عن طريق المجلس، لكي تنظر فيها أثناء دورتها السادسة والستين.

8. Reiterates that the process towards enhanced cooperation to be started by the Secretary-General will involve all relevant organizations and all stakeholders in their respective roles, as mentioned in paragraph 71 of the Tunis Agenda;
8 - تؤكد من جديد أن العملية الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون والمقرر أن يستهلها الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ستشمل جميع المنظمات ذات الصلة وجميع أصحاب المصلحة كلا حسب دوره، كما هو مشار إليه في الفقرة 71 من برنامج عمل تونس؛

5. In its resolution 63/202, the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Economic and Social Council a report containing recommendations on how the process towards enhanced cooperation should be pursued.
5 - وفي قرارها 63/202، طلبت الجمعية أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا إلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي يتضمن توصيات بشأن الكيفية التي ينبغي أن تتبعها عملية تعزيز التعاون.

Recognizes that the Internet governance-related outcomes of the World Summit, namely, the process towards enhanced cooperation and the convening of the Internet Governance Forum, are to be pursued by the Secretary-General of the United Nations through two distinct processes and also recognizes that the two processes may be complementary;
21 - يسلّم بأن من المتعين على الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يبذل مساعيه بشأن نتيجتيّ القمة العالمية المتصلتين بإدارة الإنترنت، وهما العملية الهادفة إلى تعزيز التعاون وعقد منتدى إدارة الإنترنت، وذلك بواسطة عمليتين منفصلتين، ويسلّم أيضاً بأن العمليتين يمكن أن تكمل كل منهما الأخرى؛

Contributors reflected on the public policy issues of concern, on international cooperation mechanisms to address those issues and on the role of the United Nations and other entities in facilitating the process towards enhanced cooperation in those areas.
