Deeply convinced of the common interest of mankind in promoting and expanding the exploration and use of outer space, as the province of all mankind, for peaceful purposes and in continuing efforts to extend to all States the benefits derived therefrom, and also of the importance of international cooperation in this field, for which the United Nations should continue to provide a focal point,
وإذ هي مقتنعة اقتناعا راسخا بما للبشرية من مصلحة مشتركة في تعزيز استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية وفي التوسع في هذا المجال، بوصفه مجالا مفتوحا للبشرية جمعاء وفي استمرار الجهود الكفيلة بأن تشمل الفوائد المستمدة من ذلك جميع الدول، وأيضا بما للتعاون الدولي من أهمية في هذا الميدان وهو ما ينبغي أن تواصل الأمم المتحدة توفير مركز تنسيق له،

The exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries, irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development, and shall be the province of all mankind.
يباشر استكشاف واستخدام الفضاء الخارجي، بما في ذلك القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى، لتحقيق فائدة ومصالح جميع البلدان، أيا كانت درجة نمائها الاقتصادي أو العلمي، ويكونان ميدانا للبشرية قاطبة.

1. The exploration and use of the Moon shall be the province of all mankind and shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries, irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development.
1- يكون استكشاف واستخدام القمر مجالا للبشرية قاطبة ويكون الاضطلاع بهما لفائدة ومصالح جميع البلدان بغض النظر عن درجة نمائها الاقتصادي أو العلمي.

It shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interest of all States, irrespective of their degree of economic, social or scientific and technological development, and shall be the province of all mankind.
ويتم الاضطلاع بهذا التعاون لفائدة جميع الدول ومصلحتها، بغضّ النظر عن درجة تطوّرها الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي أو العلمي والتكنولوجي، ويكون ميدانا للبشرية قاطبة.

As the Outer Space Treaty makes clear, outer space " shall be the province of all mankind " .
فالفضاء الخارجي، على نحو ما توضحه معاهدة الفضاء الخارجي، هو " مجال مفتوح للبشرية جمعاء " .
