1. The item entitled " Compliance with arms limitation and disarmament agreements " was included in the provisional agenda of the forty-eighth session in accordance with General Assembly resolution 46/26 of 6 December 1991.
١ - أدرج البند المعنون " احترام اتفاقات الحد من اﻷسلحة ونزع السلاح " في جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت للدورة الثامنة واﻷربعين عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٢٦ المؤرخ ٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١.

1. The item entitled " Israeli nuclear armament " was included in the provisional agenda of the forty-eighth session in accordance with General Assembly resolution 47/55 of 9 December 1992.

In accordance with rule 20 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, an explanatory memorandum concerning the request for inclusion in the provisional agenda of the forty-eighth session of the General Assembly of the question of observer status for the Permanent Court of Arbitration is annexed to the present letter.
ووفقا للمادة ٢٠ من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، ترفق بهذه الرسالة مذكرة توضيحية بشأن طلب إدراج مسألة منح مركز المراقب لمحكمة التحكيم الدائمة في جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت للدورة الثامنة واﻷربعين للجمعية العامة.
