23. The international verification carried out by the mission shall be carried out within the framework of the provisions of the present Agreement.

5. The arbitral tribunal, which shall decide by a majority of votes, shall reach a decision on the difference on the basis of the provisions of the present Agreement and the applicable rules of international law.
5 - تبت محكمة التحكيم، التي تتخذ قراراتها بأغلبية الأصوات، في الخلاف على أساس أحكام هذا الاتفاق وقواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة.

1. The UNV Headquarters Agreement shall be applicable, mutatis mutandis, to the CCD Secretariat in accordance with the provisions of the present Agreement.
1- يطبق اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي الأمم المتحدة، مع إدخال ما يلزم من تعديلات عليه، على أمانة اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر وفقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

4. The account balance of the former Fund participant in the Provident Fund shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund to the Provident Fund under the provisions of the present Agreement.
4 - يسدد رصيد حساب المشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى صندوق الادخار بالقيمة الكاملة للمبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية لصندوق الادخار طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

3. The United Nations and the International Tribunal each undertake to respect the status and mandate of the other and to establish cooperative working relations pursuant to the provisions of the present Agreement.
٣ - تتعهد اﻷمم المتحدة والمحكمة الدولية بأن تحترم كل منهما مركز اﻷخرى وولايتها وبأن تنشئ علاقات عمل تعاونية عملا بأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

The Registrar shall communicate periodically to all States Parties the categories and names of the judges, the Prosecutor, the Deputy Prosecutors, the Registrar, the Deputy Registrar, the staff of the Office of the Prosecutor, the staff of the Registry and counsel to whom the provisions of the present Agreement apply.

4. A secondary cash balance account shall be established under the SRP for the former Fund participant, and that account shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund to the SRP under the provisions of the present Agreement.
4 - يُفتح حساب إضافي برصيد نقدي في إطار الخطة للمشترك السابق في الصندوق، ويقيد فيه كامل المبلغ الذي سدده صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى الخطة بموجب أحكام هذا الاتفاق.

5.1 Officials who entered the service of AfDB within one year preceding the effective date of the present agreement, and who have not received any payments from the Pension Fund, may elect to avail themselves of the provisions of the present Agreement by so informing the Pension Fund, in writing, within one year of the effective date of the agreement.
5-1 يجوز للمسؤولين الذين بدأو الخدمة في المصرف في غضون سنة واحدة قبل تاريخ سريان هذا الاتفاق، والذين لم يحصلوا على أي مدفوعات من صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختاروا الاستفادة من أحكام هذا الاتفاق عن طريق إبلاغ صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية بذلك خطيا في غضون سنة واحدة من تاريخ سريان الاتفاق.

(a) A former UN participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may avail himself of the provisions of the present Agreement if he enters the service of the Bank and becomes a Bank participant within six months after his participation in the Pension Fund has ceased and elects within such period to transfer his entitlements from the Pension Fund to the Plans.
)أ( لكل مشترك سابق في اﻷمم المتحدة لم يصرف له استحقاق بموجب النظام اﻷساسي للصندوق أن يستفيد من أحكام هذا الاتفاق إذا التحق بخدمة المصرف وأصبح مشتركا فيه خلال ستة أشهر من توقف اشتراكه في الصندوق، واختار في غضون هذه المهلة أن ينقل حقوقه من الصندوق إلى الخطتين.

(a) A former Bank participant who has not received a benefit from the Final Salary Plan may avail himself of the provisions of the present Agreement if he enters the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becomes a UN participant within six months after his participation in the Plans has ceased and elects within such period to transfer to the Pension Fund his entitlements from the Final Salary Plan.
)أ( لكل مشترك سابق في المصرف لم يتقاض أي استحقاق من خطة المرتب النهائي، أن يستفيد من أحكام هذا الاتفاق إذا التحق بخدمة منظمة عضو في الصندوق وأصبح مشتركا في اﻷمم المتحدة خلال ستة أشهر من توقف اشتراكه في الخطتين واختار في غضون هذه المهلة أن ينقل حقوقه من خطة المرتب النهائي إلى الصندوق.

4. The former Fund participant shall be credited with contributory service in the Provident Scheme, as calculated in accordance with article 23 bis of the Provident Scheme Regulations, determined to be equal in value to the amount paid by the Pension Fund to the Provident Scheme under the provisions of the present Agreement.
4 - تحتسب للمشترك السابق في الصندوق مدة خدمة مدفوع عنها اشتراكات في صندوق الادخار، تحسب وفقا للمادة 23 مكررا من النظام الأساسي لصندوق الادخار، وتحدد بحيث تكون الاشتراكات المدفوعة عنها معادلة لقيمة المبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية لصندوق الادخار طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present Agreement upon entering the service of the Eurocontrol Organization within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the Pension Fund to the Pension Plan.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في الصندوق، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند الالتحاق بالخدمة في المنظمة، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى خطة المعاشات التقاعدية.

A former Provident Fund participant may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present Agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Pension Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of OSCE by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Provident Fund to the Pension Fund.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في صندوق الادخار أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويصبح مشترِكا في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المنظمة، وعندما يختار، في غضون تلك الفترة، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق الادخار إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present Agreement upon entering the service of the International Bureau of UPU within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Pension Fund to the Provident Scheme.

A former Provident Fund participant may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present Agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Pension Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of OSCE, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Provident Fund to the Pension Fund.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في صندوق الادخار أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويصبح مشترِكا في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المنظمة، وعندما يختار، في غضون تلك الفترة، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق الادخار إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

The United Nations and the Court agree that, with a view to facilitating the effective discharge of their respective responsibilities, they shall cooperate closely, whenever appropriate, with each other and consult each other on matters of mutual interest pursuant to the provisions of the present Agreement and in conformity with the respective provisions of the Charter and the Statute.
