It was at its fourth session, by adopting the Declaration on the commitments to enhance the implementation of the obligations of the Convention, that the COP decided to give due consideration to the provisions of this Declaration in the framework of the regular review of the implementation of the Convention.
9- وإنما قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الرابعة، بعد اعتماد الإعلان المتعلق بالتعهدات المتصلة بتعزيز تنفيذ الالتزامات بموجب الاتفاقية()، إيلاء الاعتبار اللازم لأحكام هذا الإعلان في إطار الاستعراض الدوري لتنفيذ الاتفاقية.
