Furthermore, in its resolution 6/4 on the implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the Organized Crime Convention, the Conference noted that technical assistance was a fundamental part of the work carried out by UNODC to assist Member States in the effective implementation of the Convention and its Protocols.
3- وعلاوةً على ذلك، لاحظ المؤتمر في قراره 6/4 بشأن تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية أنَّ المساعدة التقنية هي جزء أساسي من العمل الذي يضطلع به المكتب من أجل مساعدة الدول الأعضاء على تنفيذ الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها تنفيذاً فعَّالاً.

At its meeting on 18 April 2013, the extended Bureau agreed on the provisional agenda for the meeting, prepared on the basis of the list of topics contained in Conference resolution 6/4 on implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
واتَّفق المكتب الموسَّع في اجتماعه المعقود في 18 نيسان/أبريل 2013 على جدول الأعمال المؤقت للاجتماع، والذي أُعِد بالاستناد إلى قائمة المواضيع الواردة في قرار المؤتمر 6/4 بشأن تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية.

The present report has been prepared pursuant to resolution 5/6, entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " , adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime at its fifth session.
1- أُعدَّ هذا التقرير عملاً بالقرار 5/6 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية " ، الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية في دورته الخامسة.

The recommendations of that Working Group are contained in Conference decision 4/3 entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " .
وترد توصيات الفريق العامل في مقرّر المؤتمر 4/3 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية " .

The fifth session of the Working Groups took place from 19 to 20 October 2010 and its recommendations were annexed to resolution 5/6, entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " , adopted by the Conference at its fifth session.
وعقدت الدورة الخامسة للفريق العامل في 19 و20 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر 2010 وأرفقت توصياته بالقرار 5/6 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية " ، الذي اعتمده المؤتمر في دورته الخامسة.

Its recommendations were adopted by the Conference and are contained in Conference decision 4/3, entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " .
وقد اعتمد المؤتمر توصياته التي ترد في مقرر المؤتمر 4/3 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية " .

V. Financial statement on the revised draft decision entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime "
الرابع- بيان مالي بشأن مشروع المقرر المنقح المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام الخاصة بالمساعدة التقنية من اتفاقية الخامس-

In its resolution 6/4 on the implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the Organized Crime Convention, the Conference noted that technical assistance was a fundamental part of the work carried out by UNODC to assist Member States in the effective implementation of the Convention and the Protocols thereto and welcomed the work of the Working Group of Government Experts on Technical Assistance.
لاحظ المؤتمر، في قراره 6/4 بشأن تنفيذ الأحكام الخاصة بالمساعدة التقنية من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة، أن المساعدة التقنية تشكِّل جزءاً أساسيًّا من العمل الذي يضطلع به المكتب المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة من أجل مساعدة الدول الأعضاء في تنفيذ الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها تنفيذاً فعَّالاً، ورحَّب بالعمل الذي يقوم به فريق الخبراء الحكوميين العامل المعني بالمساعدة التقنية.
