The Committee notes that the State party has objected to the admissibility of the complaint on the ground that the complainant has failed to establish a prima facie case for the purpose of admissibility.
وتلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف اعترضت على مقبولية الشكوى بالاستناد إلى أن مقدمة الشكوى لم توفر ما يكفي من الأدلة الظاهرة لأغراض المقبولية.

4.9 The State party recalls that it is the responsibility of the complainant to establish a prima facie case for the purpose of admissibility.
