1. In resolution 1991/10, adopted at its forty-third session, the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities requested Mr. El Hadji Guissé and Mr. Louis Joinet to draft a working paper examining in depth the question of the impunity of perpetrators of violations of human rights.
١- طلبت اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التمييز وحماية اﻷقليات في دورتها الثالثة واﻷربعين، بموجب مقررها ١٩٩١/٠١١، إلى اثنين من أعضائها، السيد الحاجي غيسه والسيد لويس جوانيه إعداد ورقة عمل تتناول بمزيد من التعمق مسألة إفلات مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان الجسيمة من العقاب.

1. In resolution 1991/10, adopted at its forty-third session, the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities requested Mr. El Hadji Guissé and Mr. Louis Joinet to draft a working paper expanding on the question of the impunity of perpetrators of violations of human rights.

140. At its forty-fifth session the Subcommission adopted resolution 1993/37, in which it welcomed the preliminary report (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1993/6) on the question of the impunity of perpetrators of violations of human rights (civil and political rights).
٠٤١- واعتمدت اللجنة الفرعية، في دورتها الخامسة واﻷربعين، القرار ٣٩٩١/٧٣ الذي رحبت فيه بالتقرير اﻷولي (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1993/6) عن مسألة إفلات مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان )الحقوق المدنية والسياسية( من العقاب.
