The Government of Germany informed the Secretary-General that it would not be updating its former reply to the questionnaire on aerospace objects.
أبلغت حكومة ألمانيا الأمين العام بأنها لا تعتزم تحديث ردها السابق على الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية.

In that connection, the Working Group agreed to clarify its invitation in the future, taking into account the results of the work on the development of criteria for analysing the replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects.

4. Some delegations were of the view that the replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects constituted a solid foundation for considering matters relating to aerospace objects.

The Czech Republic has twice before submitted its replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects.
سبق للجمهورية التشيكية أن ردّت مرتين على أسئلة الاستبيان الخاص بالأجسام الفضائية الجوية.

10. The Working Group agreed to add the following new question to the questionnaire on aerospace objects:

5. The view was expressed that the Subcommittee should continue to invite Member States to submit their replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects until the number of replies reached a level sufficient to initiate work on summarizing them.
5- ورئي أنه ينبغي للجنة الفرعية أن تواصل دعوة الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم ردودها على الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية إلى أن يبلغ عدد الردود كما يكفي لبدء العمل في تلخيصها.

(a) To initiate work on the development of criteria for analysing the replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects.

4. The Working Group considered, in an informal ad hoc group, the necessity of clarifying the questions contained in the questionnaire on aerospace objects and concluded that there was no need to clarify those questions.
4- ونظر الفريق العامل، في إطار فريق مخصص غير رسمي، في ضرورة توضيح الأسئلة الواردة في الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية وخلص إلى أنه لا حاجة إلى توضيح تلك الأسئلة.

The Working Group agreed that member States that had not yet replied to the questionnaire on aerospace objects should be invited to do so (A/AC.105/826, annex II, para. 9).
وقد اتفق الفريق العامل على ضرورة أن تُدعى الدول الأعضاء التي لم ترد بعد على الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية إلى أن تفعل ذلك (الفقرة 9 من المرفق الثاني للـوثيقة A/AC.105/826).

(b) To continue inviting member States to submit their preferences with regard to the replies of member States to the questionnaire on aerospace objects, summarized in document A/AC.105/C.2/L.249 and Corr.1 and Add.1;

(c) To invite member States to submit proposals concerning a methodology for reviewing the replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects, with a view to developing an acceptable common understanding regarding the definition and delimitation of outer space;
(ج) أن يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم اقتراحات بشأن منهجية لاستعراض الردود على الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية بغية وضع فهم مشترك مقبول بشأن تعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده؛

(b) The number of replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects or the number of States indicating their preferences to those replies was not significant, since the decisions of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and its subsidiary bodies were taken on the basis of consensus, not on the basis of majority of votes;
(ب) عدد الردود على الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية أو عدد الدول التي أعربت عمّا تفضّله بالنسبة لتلك الردود لم يكن كبيرا لأن قرارات لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية والهيئات الفرعية التابعة لها تؤخذ على أساس التوافق لا على أساس غالبية الأصوات؛

The Committee also noted that the Working Group had agreed to clarify its invitation in the future, taking into account the results of the work on the development of criteria for analysing the replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects (A/AC.105/871, annex II, para. 11).
ولاحظت اللجنة أيضا أن الفريق العامل قد اتفق على إيضاح دعوته في المستقبل، مع مراعاة نتائج العمل بشأن وضع معايير لتحليل الردود على الاستبيان بشأن الأجسام الفضائية الجوية (A/AC.105/871، المرفق الثاني، الفقرة 11).

يقترح المغرب تنحية الاستبيان الخاص بالأجسام الفضائية الجوية جانبا إلى حين استكمال مناقشة النقاط التالية في إطار ردود الدول التي تلقتها اللجنة الفرعية القانونية:

However, its delegation to the Legal Subcommittee will be ready to continue in the consideration of criteria for analysing the replies to the questionnaire on aerospace objects in order that the Working Group and the Subcommittee can reach consensus on them.

The Republic of Korea has not yet considered another approach to resolving this issue, since it would be better to continue to invite Member States to reply to the questionnaire on aerospace objects until the number of replies reaches a level sufficient to initiate work on summarizing them.
ولم تنظر جمهورية كوريا حتى الآن في اتّباع منهج آخر لحلّ هذه المسألة، حيث إن من الأفضل الاستمرار في دعوة الدول الأعضاء إلى الإجابة عن الاستبيان الخاص بالأجسام الفضائية الجوية إلى أن يصل عدد الإجابات إلى مستوىً يكفي لاستهلال العمل في تلخيصها.
