10. Recommends that the executive heads of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system formulate, with the active cooperation of the regional organizations concerned and on a case-by-case basis, concrete proposals for the full implementation of the relevant resolutions of the United Nations and submit those proposals to their governing and legislative organs;
١٠ - يـوصي بأن يضع الرؤساء التنفيذيون للوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات الأخرى التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة، بالتعاون النشط مع المنظمات الإقليمية المعنية وعلى أساس كل حالة على حدة، مقترحات محددة من أجل تنفيذ قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتخذة في هذا الصدد على نحو تام، وأن يقدموا تلك المقترحات إلى الهيئات الإدارية والهيئات التشريعية لوكالاتهم ومؤسساتهم؛

١ - دعوة جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية إلى التعاون الكامل مع منظمة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات اﻹقليمية المعنية في تنفيذ اتفاق المصالحة الوطنية الموقع في ٢٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٣ بأديس أبابا.

While such a division of labour and sharing of resources may be the appropriate thing to do, especially at a time of severe financial constraints on the part of the Organization, it is imperative that in doing so there should be established clear lines of authority, responsibility and communication between the United Nations and the regional organizations concerned.
