36. In order to better ensure accuracy and care in the preparation of claims by defence counsel for defence costs, each assigned counsel might be required to certify to the relevant Chamber as to the accuracy of and their entitlement to the payments claimed (para. 213).
36 - ولزيادة ضمان الدقة والعناية في إعداد مطالبات محامي الدفاع المتعلقة بتكاليف الدفاع، يمكن أن يطلب من كل محامٍ معين أن يكتب للدائرة ذات الصلة شهادة يقر فيها بصحة المبالغ المطلوبة وباستحقاقه لها (الفقرة 213).

(c) In order to convict the accused, the relevant Chamber must be convinced of the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt.
(ج) يتعين على الدائرة المختصة أن تقتنع اقتناعا لا يرقى إليه شك معقول، بأن المتهم مذنب قبل إصدار حكمها بإدانته.
