2- إذا لم تقدم الدولة الطرف، التقرير أو المعلومات الإضافية المطلوبة، حتى بعد إرسال التذكير وبذل الجهود الأخرى المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، تنظر اللجنة في الحالة حسبما تراه ضرورياً وتدرج إشارة في هذا الشأن في تقريرها إلى الجمعية العامة.

2. If, after the reminder referred to in paragraph 1 of this rule, the State party does not submit the report required under rules 64 and 67 of these rules, the Committee shall so state in the annual report which it submits to the States parties and to the General Assembly of the United Nations.
2- إذا لم تقدم الدولة الطرف، بعد إرسال التذكير المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، التقرير المطلوب بموجب المادتين 64 و67 من هذا النظام الداخلي، تعلن اللجنة ذلك في التقرير السنوي الذي ترفعه إلى الدول الأطراف وإلى الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة.

2. If, after the reminder referred to in paragraph 1 of this rule, the State party does not submit the report or additional information required under rules 66 and 71 of these rules, the Committee shall so state in the annual report which it submits to the General Assembly of the United Nations through the Economic and Social Council.
2- إذا تخلفت الدولة الطرف، بعد توجيه الرسالة التذكيرية المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، عن تقديم التقرير أو المعلومات الإضافية المطلوبة بموجب المادتين 66 و71 من هذا النظام، تذكر اللجنة ذلك في التقرير السنوي الذي تقدمه إلى الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
