5. On the understanding that formal credentials of the representatives referred to in paragraph 2 of the Secretariat's memorandum would be communicated to the Secretariat as soon as possible, the Committee adopted the following resolution without a vote:
5 - واعتمدت اللجنة القرار التالي بدون تصويت، على أساس أن ترسل إلى الأمانة العامة في أقرب وقت ممكن وثائق التفويض الرسمية للممثلين المشار إليهم في الفقرة 2 من مذكرتها:

٧ - واقترح الرئيس على اللجنة قبول وثائق تفويض جميع الممثلين الذين وردت أسماؤهم في مذكرة الأمانة العامة، على أن تُرسَل إلى الأمانة العامة في أقرب وقت ممكن وثائق التفويض الرسمية للممثلين المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 من مذكرتها.

8- ولذلك اقترح الرئيس على المكتب قبول وثائق تفويض كافة الممثلين المذكورين في مذكرة الأمين التنفيذي، على أن يكون مفهوماً أن تتم في أقرب وقت ممكن موافاة الأمانة بوثائق التفويض الرسمية للممثلين المشار إليهم في الفقرة 7 أعلاه.
