ويُلزِم القانون المنقَّح أرباب العمل باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لاستحداث نظام يضم ساعات عمل أقصر للمستخدَمين الذين يتولون رعاية أطفال دون سن الثالثة، إضافة إلى نظام للإعفاء من العمل الإضافي بناءً على الطلب كما يُمدِّد أجل الإجازة الوالدية وييسّر ترتيبات هذه الإجازات.
