18 - و أُبلغت اللجنة الاستشارية، لدى استفسارها عن سياسة السفر المنقحة عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 67/254، بأن تلك السياسة صدرت بعد إعداد الميزانية المقترحة للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا، ولذلك لم تُؤخذ في الاعتبار.

36. With respect to the revised travel policy pursuant to General Assembly resolution 67/254, the Advisory Committee was informed that the proposed 2014-2015 budget does not reflect these changes, as the revised travel policy was implemented after the formulation of the proposed budget.
36 - وفيما يتعلق بسياسة السفر المنقحة عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 67/254، أُبلغت اللجنة الاستشارية بأن الميزانية المقترحة للفترة 2014-2015 لا تعكس هذه التغييرات، نظرا لأن سياسة السفر المنقحة نُفذت بعد صياغة الميزانية المقترحة.

Recalls paragraph 18 of the report of the Advisory Committee, and in this regard requests the Secretary-General to ensure that the Tribunal adheres to the revised travel policy pursuant to its resolution 67/254 of 12 April 2013 and to reflect any cost savings resulting from the revised travel policy in the context of the second performance report;

The Assembly requested the Secretary-General to ensure that the Mechanism adheres to the revised travel policy pursuant to its resolution 67/254 and to reflect any cost savings resulting from the revised travel policy in the context of the second performance report (resolution 68/257).
وطلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل امتثال الآلية الدولية لسياسة السفر المنقحة عملا بقرارها 67/254 وأن يبين في سياق تقرير الأداء الثاني أي وفورات في التكاليف تحققت نتيجة لسياسة السفر المنقحة (القرار 68/257).

Other key achievements included the successful implementation of the revised travel policy (ST/AI/2013/3), ongoing success with the travel agency hybrid service configuration and the launch of a new online booking tool and pre-trip audit system to enhance continuous monitoring and audit of all tickets issued.
وتشمل الإنجازات الرئيسية الأخرى التنفيذ الناجح لسياسة السفر المنقحة (ST/AI/2013/3)، واستمرار نجاح صيغة الخدمات المختلطة لوكالات الأسفار، واستحداث أداة جديدة لحجز التذاكر عن طريق الإنترنت وتنفيذ نظام لتدقيق التذاكر من أجل تعزيز استمرار رصد جميع التذاكر الصادرة وتدقيقها.

During the biennium, key achievements included the successful implementation of the revised travel policy set out in document ST/AI/2013/3; ongoing success with the travel agency hybrid service configuration; and the launch of a new online booking tool and pre-trip auditor to enhance the continuous monitoring and auditing of all tickets issued.
وشملت الإنجازات الرئيسية خلال فترة السنتين النجاح في تنفيذ سياسة السفر المنقحة الواردة في الوثيقة ST/AI/2013/3؛ والنجاح المتواصل على صعيد تشكيلة الخدمات المختلطة لوكالات السفر؛ وإطلاق أداة جديدة للحجز عن طريق الإنترنت وإجراء التدقيقات قبل الرحلة بهدف تعزيز الرصد المستمر لجميع التذاكر الصادرة والتدقيق فيها.

15. The Advisory Committee notes that the revised travel estimates for the Chambers have increased sharply from $25,000 in the original estimates for 1998 to $75,000 in the revised estimates for 1998 (ibid., table 3).
١٥ - وتلاحظ اللجنة الاستشارية أن تقديرات السفر المنقحة لدوائر المحكمة شهدت زيادة حادة حيث ارتفعت من ٠٠٠ ٢٥ دولار في التقديرات اﻷصلية لعام ١٩٩٨ الى ٠٠٠ ٧٥ دولار في التقديرات المنقحة لعام ١٩٩٨ )الجدول ٣ من الوثيقة نفسها(.
