With regard to paragraph 27, he drew attention to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B in which the Assembly had reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters, and reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 27، وُجه الانتباه إلى أحكام الفرع باء من الجزء سادسا من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248، التي أعادت فيها الجمعية العامة تأكيد أن اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية هي التي ينبغي أن تتناول مسائل الإدارة والميزانية، وأكدت من جديد دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

4- وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 9، يسترعى الانتباه إلى أحكام الباب السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكّدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المناسبة، التابعة للجمعية العامة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكّدت فيه مجدداً أيضاً دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.
