24- تنص المادة على ما يلي: " يجوز إعطاء الأسبقية في الكلام لرئيس اللجنة أو اللجنة الفرعية ولمقررها بغية شرح النتائج التي خلصت إليها اللجنة أو اللجنة الفرعية " .

28- تنص المادة على ما يلي: " لأي ممثل أن يثير نقطة نظام أثناء مناقشة أي مسألة، ويبت الرئيس في هذه النقطة النظامية فورا، وفقا لأحكام النظام الداخلي، وللممثل أن يطعن في قرار الرئيس، فيطرح الطعن للتصويت فورا، ويبقى قرار الرئيس قائما ما لم تبطله أغلبية الأعضاء الحاضرين المصوّتين.

37- تنص المادة على ما يلي: " لأي ممثل، أثناء مناقشة أية مسألة، أن يقترح تأجيل مناقشة البند قيد البحث، ويجوز لممثلين اثنين، بالإضافة إلى مُقدم الاقتراح، أن يتكلما في تأييد الاقتراح ولممثلين اثنين أن يتكلما في معارضته، ثم يُطرح الاقتراح فورا للتصويت.

26- تنص المادة على ما يلي: " للأمين العام، أو لأي عضو في الأمانة العامة يسميه الأمين العام ممثلا له، أن يدلي في أي وقت ببيانات شفوية أو كتابية في أية لجنة أو لجنة فرعية بشان أية مسالة تكون قيد نظرها " .

He may, however, accord the right of reply to any member if a speech delivered after he has declared the list closed makes this desirable. "
33- تنص المادة على ما يلي: " للرئيس، أثناء سير المناقشة، أن يعلن قائمة المتكلّمين، كما يجوز له، بموافقة اللجنة، أن يعلن إقفال القائمة، إلا أن له أن يعطي حق الرد لأي عضو من الأعضاء إذا دعته كلمة ألقيت بعد إعلانه إقفال القائمة إلى استصواب ذلك " .
