Your Excellency, after the signing of the peace Agreement comes the tricky and sensitive phase of implementing all the tenets of the said agreement to the last letter.
صاحب السعادة، .. بعد توقيع اتفاق السلم تأتي مرحلة دقيقة وحساسة لتنفيذ جميع أحكام الاتفاق المذكور بحذافيرها.

Because of such an attitude of the Croatian side to the implementation of the said agreement on the Exchange of POWs, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has informed the Croatian side and the ICRC of the following:
وبسبب هذا الموقف الذي اتخذه الجانب الكرواتي إزاء تنفيذ الاتفاق المذكور المتعلق بتبادل أسرى الحرب، أبلغت جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الجانب الكرواتي ولجنة الصليب اﻷحمر الدولية ما يلي:

vii) Expressed satisfaction at the ratification of the Orthographic Agreement and its Amending Protocols by São Tomé e Príncipe and Portugal, and called on the Member States that have already ratified the said agreement to adopt measures designed to enable its entry into force.
' 7` أعربوا عن ارتياحهم لتصديق سان تومي وبرينسيبي والبرتغال على اتفاق التهجية وبروتوكولات تعديله، ودعوا الدول الأعضاء التي صدّقت فعلا على الاتفاق المذكور إلى اعتماد تدابير بغرض إتاحة دخول حيز النفاذ.

Considering that terrorism constitutes an issue of security, the said agreement would promote and strengthen the efforts being exerted in view of combating terrorism regionally and internationally.
ونظرا إلى أن الإرهاب يشكل مسألة أمنية، فإن الاتفاق المذكور سيعمل على تعزيز ومضاعفة الجهود المبذولة لمكافحة الإرهاب على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.

It is contrary to the said agreement and amounts to an attempt to circumvent the fact that the issue can be solved only with the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia as a sovereign State.
فهو مخالف للاتفاق المذكور وهو بمثابة محاولة للتحايل على كون القضية لا يمكن أن تحل إلا مع جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية بوصفها دولة ذات سيادة.

The delegations of the Governments of the two sides, entrusted with the task of implementing the commitments they had made in the said agreement relating to the delimitation and the resolution of the territorial dispute over Prevlaka, have held two rounds of negotiations.
وقام وفدا حكومتي الجانبين، اللذان عُهد إليهما بمهمة تنفيذ الالتزامات التي تعهد بها الجانبان في الاتفاق المذكور فيما يتعلق برسم الحدود وحل النزاع اﻹقليمي على بريفلاكا، بعقد جولتين من المفاوضات.

The Parties hereby agree to abide by the schedule of implementation attached to the Agreement on the Clarification of the Akosombo Agreement with such modifications in terms of dates as are required by virtue of the delay in the implementation of the said agreement.
تتفق اﻷطراف، بموجب هذا، على التقيد بالجدول الزمني للتنفيذ، الملحق بالاتفاق المتعلق بتوضيح اتفاق آكوسومبو، مع مراعاة تعديلات المواعيد التي تلزم بسبب تأخر تنفيذ الاتفاق المذكور.

the said agreement also involves the procurement by the Greek Cypriot side of a further number of T-80 tanks, 50 BMP-3 armoured personnel carriers and S-300 missile systems, as well as the training of Greek Cypriot military personnel, who will operate the said weapons systems.
كما يتضمن الاتفاق المذكور شراء الجانب القبرصي اليوناني لعدد آخر من الدبابات من طراز T-80 و٠٥ ناقلة أفراد مصفحة من طراز BMP-3 ومنظومات قذائف من طراز S-300، فضلا عن تدريب العسكريين القبارصة اليونانيين الذين سيتولون تشغيل منظومات اﻷسلحة آنفة الذكر.

Under the said agreement the Croatian Government undertook to allow the local population - the bulk of which left the area following Martić's order to this effect - to stay, to leave or to return.
وبموجب الاتفاق المذكور تعهدت الحكومة الكرواتية بالسماح للسكان المحليين - الذين غادر معظمهم المنطقة تبعا ﻷمر مارتيتش الذي يفيد ذلك - بالبقاء أو المغادرة أو العودة.

It would be highly appreciated if the said agreement could be circulated as a document of the United Nations Security Council (see annex).
وأرجو ممتنا تعميم الاتفاق المذكور كوثيقة من وثائق مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة (انظر المرفق).

(i) A party to the arbitration agreement referred to in article 7 was under some incapacity; or the said agreement is not valid under the law to which the parties have subjected it or, failing any indication thereon, under the law of this State; or

Under paragraph 3.3 of the said agreement, the employees had until 15 September 1998 to pay for the totality of their shares.
ونصت الفقرة 3-3 من الاتفاق المذكور على أن يسدّد الموظفون القيمة الإجمالية لأسهمهم بتاريخ 15 أيلول/سبتمبر 1998 كموعد أقصى.

The preamble of the said agreement recognizes that trade and economic endeavour should be conducted with a view to, among others, attaining higher living standards and ensuring full employment, in accordance with the objective of sustainable development and in a manner consistent with members' needs and concerns at different levels of development.

15. Encourages the Transitional Government of Burundi and the Burundian parties to make maximum efforts to ensure the successful conclusion of the transitional period as provided for in the Arusha Peace and Reconciliation Agreement of 28 August 2000, including taking all the necessary steps for the holding of elections as envisaged in the said agreement.
15 - يشجع حكومة بوروندي الانتقالية والأطراف البوروندية على أن تبذل قصارى جهودها لضمان أن تنتهي الفترة الانتقالية نهاية موفقة على النحو المتوخى في اتفاق أروشا للسلام والمصالحة المبرم في 28 آب/أغسطس 2000، بما يشمل اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لعقد الانتخابات على النحو المتوخى في الاتفاق المذكور.

Any unilateral effort to mark the Boundary Line outside of the manner prescribed in annex 2 of the Agreement would constitute a serious violation of the said agreement.
ومن شأن أي محاولة من جانب واحد لوضع علامات خط الحدود المشترك بخلاف الطريقة المنصوص عليها في المرفق 2 من الاتفاق أن تشكل انتهاكا خطيرا للاتفاق المذكور.
