Article 4 of the said Law states that

Article 3 of the said Law stipulates persons under obligation to report, specifically mentioning attorneys and notaries.

Section 3 of the said Law regards the provision of funds, material or any other form of assistance towards planning and execution of any of the activities specified in the law.
ويتعلق الجزء 3 من القانون المذكور بتوفير الأموال أو المواد أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال المساعدة من أجل تخطيط وتنفيذ أي نشاط من الأنشطة المحددة في القانون.

The same section prohibits the laundering of proceeds from offences under the said Law.
وتحظر نفس المادة غسل عائدات الجريمة بموجب القانون المذكور.

Section 3 of the said Law regards the provision of funds or any other form of assistance towards committing or planning of any of the activities specified in the Law as acts of terrorism.
وتتعلق المادة 3 من القانون المذكور بتوفير الأموال أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال المساعدة من أجل ارتكاب أي نشاط من الأنشطة المنصوص عليها في قانون أعمال الإرهاب أو التخطيط له.

Further, Article 11 of the said Law stipulates that if the person is unable to pay the fine, as a substitute, that person shall be imprisoned.

It follows that the said Law is based on the assumption that homosexuality is something immoral, which is clearly against modern understanding of homosexuality as a characteristic based on sexual orientation and not on someone's conscious choice of sexual behaviour.

ولضمان دخول كلا الطرفين في الزواج بكامل إرادتهما وبرضائهما الكامل، يقتضي القانون المذكور أن يقوم كلا الطرفين بتسجيل الزواج شخصياً في مكتب لتسجيل الزواج.

According to the said Law, there are 84 municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia.
وتوجد وفقاً للقانون المذكور 84 بلدية في جمهورية مقدونيا.
