وعليها كذلك أن تمعن النظر في إدماج مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة والتكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا ضمن سياق الظروف والاحتياجات المحددة للبلدان النامية والاقتصادات المتحولة، إضافة الى دعم الدور الذي تقوم به الدوائر العلمية والتكنولوجية.
