3 - وستقوم الأمانة بصياغة الإطار الاستراتيجي المقترح لفترة السنتين 2014-2015 آخـذة بعين الاعتبار طلب تعزيز دور وقدرة أمانة اللجنة في مجال أمن الطاقة، وإعادة النظر في احتياجات التوظيف في هذا المجال، عند صياغة الميزانية العادية لفترة السنتين 2014-2015.

(c) Cooperation with the secretariat of the Commission in establishing programmes to assist the countries of the region in outlining appropriate national and regional economic development policies to enable those countries to take greater advantage of the trends towards liberalization of foreign trade and economic globalization;

149. The Panel recommended that the options contained in paragraph 147 (b) and (c) above, if endorsed, should be serviced by a small secretariat within the secretariat of the Commission in the Department for Policy Coordination and Sustainable Development of the United Nations Secretariat, and should be supported by the Task Force.
١٤٩ - وأوصى الفريق بأنه ينبغي أن يتولى أعمال السكرتارية المتعلقة بهذين الخيارين الواردين في الفقرة ١٤٧ )ب( و )ج( أعلاه، أمانة صغيرة ضمن أمانة اللجنة في إدارة تنسيق السياسات والتنمية المستدامة التابعة لﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة، وينبغي أن تدعمها في ذلك فرقة العمل.

In its resolution, the Assembly reiterated its appeal to Governments, the bodies of the United Nations system, organizations, institutions and individuals to make voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund for UNCITRAL Symposia and, when appropriate, to the financing of special projects, and otherwise to assist the secretariat of the Commission in financing and organizing seminars and symposiums, in particular in developing countries.
