It had before it the report of the Group of Experts on Public Administration and Finance on its twelfth meeting (A/50/525-E/1995/122) and the report of the Secretary-General on public administration and development (A/50/847-E/1996/7).
وكان معروضا على المجلس تقرير فريق الخبراء المعني باﻹدارة العامة والمالية العامة عن اجتماعه الثاني عشر )A/50/525-E/1995/122( وتقرير اﻷمين العام عن اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية )A/50/847-E/1996/7(.

The meeting worked out a strategy for enhancing productivity, accountability and responsiveness of public institutions in the region, which was reflected in the report of the Secretary-General on public administration and development (A/50/847-E/1996/7) submitted to the General Assembly at its fiftieth resumed session;
وقد صاغ الاجتماع استراتيجية لزيادة إنتاجية المؤسسات العامة في المنطقة، ومساءلتها وقدرتها على الاستجابة، مما وجد انعكاسا له في تقرير اﻷمين العام عن اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها المستأنفة الخمسين (A/50/847-E/1996/7)؛

31. At the 3rd meeting, on 2 April, the Council had before it the report of the Group of Experts on the United Nations Programme on Public Administration and Finance on its twelfth meeting (A/50/525-E/1995/122) and the report of the Secretary-General on public administration and development (A/50/847-E/1996/7).

At the 3rd meeting, on 2 April, the Council had before it the report of the Group of Experts on the United Nations Programme in Public Administration and Finance on its twelfth meeting (A/50/525-E/1995/122) and the report of the Secretary-General on public administration and development (A/50/847-E/1996/7).
