Requests the SecretaryGeneral to report to the Commission at its sixtieth session on the role and achievements of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in assisting the Government and the people of Cambodia in the promotion and protection of human rights and on the recommendations made by the Special Representative of the SecretaryGeneral for human rights in Cambodia on matters within his mandate;
23- تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها في دورتها الستين تقريراً عن دور وإنجازات مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان في مساعدة حكومة كمبوديا وشعبها على تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، وعن التوصيات المقدمة من الممثل الخاص للأمين العام المعني بحقوق الإنسان في كمبوديا بشأن المسائل المشمولة بولايته؛

The Special Representative of the SecretaryGeneral for human rights in Cambodia addressed issues related to land and housing rights (in particular the impact of government land and natural resources policies, and forced evictions) during his mission in March and in his statement to the Human Rights Council in September.
