21. After a lengthy discussion on procedural issues among the representatives, the Council agreed that all draft decisions, including those emanating from the Sessional Committees and the report of the Friends of the President, be submitted to the informal open-ended negotiating group for subsequent submission to the Council for formal consideration.

54. Since the Sessional Committees would be addressing issues similar to those dealt with by corresponding Committees of the Board during the first part of the thirty-ninth session, the Board decided that the presiding officers and the Vice-Chairmen-cum-Rapporteur elected at the first part of the session should serve in the same capacities at the second part of the session.
٥٤ - ونظرا ﻷن لجنتي الدورة ستتناولان قضايا مماثلة لتلك التي تصدت لها لجنتا المجلس المناظرتان لهما خلال الجزء اﻷول من الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين، فقد قرر المجلس أن يعمل بنفس الصفة في الجزء الثاني من الدورة رئيسا اللجنتين ونائبا الرئيس والمقرران الذين انتخبوا في الجزء اﻷول من الدورة.

4. Subject to paragraph 3 above, the provisions of rules 32 to 58 of these rules of procedure shall be applied as appropriate in the proceedings of the Sessional Committees, working parties and any subcommittees or subgroups set up by them.
4 - رهناً بالفقرة 3 أعلاه، تطبق أحكام المواد من 32 إلى 58 من هذا النظام الداخلي، حسبما يقتضي الأمر، على أعمال لجان الدورة وأفرقة العمل وأية لجان فرعية أو مجموعات فرعية تنشؤها.

12. The Board agreed that those officers elected to serve on the Sessional Committees at the first part of the session should be retained to serve in the same capacities at the second part of the session and that the officers serving on Sessional Committee II would also serve on the Special Sessional Committee.
٢١ - ووافق المجلس على اﻹبقاء على أعضاء المكتب الذين انتُخبوا أعضاء في لجان الدورة في الجزء اﻷول من الدورة للعمل بنفس الصفة في الجزء الثاني من الدورة وعلى أن يتولى أعضاء مكتب اللجنة الثانية للدورة نفس مهام اللجنة الخاصة للدورة.
