UNHCR is pursuing its activities in order to complete the preparations for the repatriation of Saharan refugees in accordance with the provisions of the settlement plan and the agreements reached in the direct talks.
وتواصل مفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين أنشطتها من أجل استكمال اﻷعمال التحضيرية اللازمة لعودة اللاجئين الصحراويين إلى وطنهم وفقا ﻷحكام خطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها في محادثات مباشرة.

1. Calls upon the parties to continue their constructive cooperation with the United Nations by fully implementing the settlement plan and the agreements which they have reached for its implementation;
١ - يطلب إلى الطرفين مواصلة تعاونهما البناء مع اﻷمم المتحدة عن طريق التنفيذ الكامل لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصلا إليها بشأن تنفيذها؛

3. Requests the Secretary-General to begin the identification of eligible voters in accordance with the settlement plan and the agreements reached between the parties with the aim of finishing the process by 31 May 1998;
٣ - يطلب من اﻷمين العام أن يبدأ في تحديد هوية الناخبين المؤهلين طبقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان بغية إنهاء العملية قبل ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٨؛\

4. Urges the two parties to continue their cooperation with the Secretary-General and his Personal Envoy, as well as with his Special Representative, and to refrain from undertaking anything that would undermine the implementation of the settlement plan and the agreements reached for its implementation;
٤ - تحث الطرفين على مواصلة تعاونهما مع اﻷمين العام ومبعوثه الشخصي والامتناع عن القيام بأي شيء من شأنه أن يقوض تنفيذ خطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها من أجل تنفيذها؛

56. Pursuant to resolution 1133 (1997), I shall report regularly to the Security Council on progress made in the implementation of the settlement plan and the agreements reached between the parties.
٥٦ - وعملا بالقرار ١١٣٣ )١٩٩٧( فإنني سوف أقدم إلى مجلس اﻷمن تقارير منتظمة عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ خطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها بين الطرفين.

Reaffirming its full support for the Secretary-General, his Personal Envoy, his Special Representative and the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara in the implementation of the settlement plan and the agreements reached by the two parties for its implementation, and recalling that under these agreements the responsibility for implementing the identification process lies with the Identification Commission,
وإذ يؤكد من جديد تأييده التام لﻷمين العام ومبعوثه الخاص وممثله الخاص ولبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية في تنفيذ خطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان لتنفيذها، وإذ يشير إلى أن المسؤولية عن تنفيذ عملية تحديد الهوية تقع، بموجب تلك الاتفاقات، على عاتق لجنة تحديد الهوية،

It noted with satisfaction the expressed readiness of the Moroccan Government to cooperate with UNHCR, and called upon both parties to cooperate with the United Nations, the Personal Envoy, the Special Representative and the Identification Commission in order to complete the identification of voters phase of the settlement plan and the agreements reached for its implementation.
وطلب إلى الطرفين أن يتعاونا بصورة بنﱠاءة مع اﻷمم المتحدة، والمبعوث الشخصي والممثل الخاص ولجنة تحديد الهوية من أجل استكمال مرحلة تحديـد هويــة الناخبين من خطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها لتنفيذ الخطة.

35. Algeria, in its capacity as neighbouring country and official observer, would continue to give the Secretary-General and his Special Representative strong support in their efforts to implement the settlement plan and the agreements reached in Houston.
٣٥ - وستواصل الجزائر بوصفها جارا ومراقبا رسميا، تأييد اﻷمين العام وممثله الخاص بقوة في مساعيهما الرامية لتنفيذ خطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها في هيوستن.

The Council further requested me to submit a revised timetable and financial implications for the holding of the referendum for the self-determination of the people of the Western Sahara in accordance with the settlement plan and the agreements with the parties for its implementation.
وطلب مني المجلس كذلك أن أقدم جدولا زمنيا منقحا ﻹجراء استفتاء تقرير المصير لشعب الصحراء الغربية وفقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات المبرمة مع الطرفين بشأن تنفيذه، وبيانا باﻵثار المالية المترتبة على إجرائه.
