14 - تلاحظ اللجنة مع الأسف عدم وجود تدابير خاصة مؤقتة للتعجيل بتحقيق المساواة الفعلية بين الرجل والمرأة وتحسين حالة حقوق المرأة في الدولة الطرف، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بدور المرأة في مكان العمل ومشاركتها في مجال السياسة.

85. The Committee also welcomes submissions from relevant United Nations missions involved in the administration of foreign territories on the situation of women's rights in territories under administration insofar as they pertain to conflict prevention, conflict and post-conflict settings.
85 - وترحب اللجنة أيضا بالتقارير المقدمة من بعثات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة المعنية بإدارة أقاليم أجنبية عن حالة حقوق المرأة في الأقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها من حيث صلتها بمنع نشوب النزاعات وبحالات النزاع وما بعد انتهاء النزاع.

As part of this project, three NGO representatives from the Niger, Mozambique and Yemen were able to participate in sessions of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women in May and July 2007, and shadow reports on the situation of women's rights in those countries were submitted to the Committee.
