At the 13th meeting, on 26 June 2006, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Intergovernmental working group established to make recommendations with a view to the effective implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, Mr. Juan Martabit, presented the report of the Working Group prepared for the sixtysecond session of the Commission on Human Rights (E/CN.4/2006/18).
41- في الجلسة الثالثة عشرة المعقودة في 26 حزيران/يونيه 2006، قام السيد خوان مارتابيت، رئيس- مقرر الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المنشأ لتقديم توصيات بهدف التنفيذ الفعلي لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، بعرض التقرير الذي أعده الفريق العامل من أجل الدورة الثانية والستين للجنة حقوق الإنسان (E/CN.4/2006/18).

At the 15th meeting, on 27 June 2006, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Open-ended working group established with a view to considering options regarding the elaboration of an optional protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Ms. Catarina de Albuquerque, presented the report of the Working Group prepared for the sixtysecond session of the Commission on Human Rights (E/CN.4/2006/47).
