The Commission may also wish to address the situation resulting from the fact that during the period under review, no financial contribution was made to the Special Account established pursuant to article 30 of the Organized Crime Convention.

The Committee also recommends approval of the use for UNMISET of the Special Account established for UNTAET.

For this reason the Secretary-General recommends that the Special Account established for UNTAES be used also for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditures incurred in respect of the Support Group.
ولهذا السبب يوصي اﻷمين العام باستخدام الحساب الخاص المنشأ لﻹدارة الانتقالية أيضا ﻷغراض حساب اﻹيرادات المستلمة والنفقات المتكبدة فيما يتعلق بفريق الدعم.

For these reasons, the Secretary-General recommends that the Special Account established for UNSMIH be also used for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditure incurred in respect of UNTMIH and MIPONUH.

By the same resolution, the Assembly decided to continue to use the Special Account established for UNSMIH in its resolution 51/15 A of 4 November 1996 for UNTMIH and MIPONUH.
وقررت الجمعية العامة، بموجب نفس القرار، أن تواصل استخدام الحساب الخاص المنشأ لبعثة تقديم الدعم، في قرارها ٥١/١٥ ألف المؤرخ ٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦، من أجل بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الانتقالية، وبعثة الشرطة المدنية.

It also provided that $5,557,475 gross ($4,435,550 net) would be transferred from the Special Account established for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda.
وينص أيضا على تخصيص مبلغ إجماليه ٤٧٥ ٥٥٧ ٥ دولار )صافيه ٥٥٠ ٤٣٥ ٤ دولار( يحول إلى الحساب الخاص للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا من الحساب الخاص المنشأ لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا.

25. With regard to the status of the Special Account established for the period prior to 16 June 1993, the Advisory Committee notes from paragraphs 24 and 25 of the report that as at 31 December 1995 this account had an available cash balance of approximately $200,000.
٢٥ - وفيما يتعلق بحالة الحساب الخاص المنشأ للفترة التي سبقت ١٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣، تلاحظ اللجنة الاستشارية من الفقرتين ٢٤ و ٢٥ من التقرير أن هذا الحساب كان يتضمن في ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ رصيدا نقديا يبلغ حوالي ٠٠٠ ٢٠٠ دولار.

(a) To approve the use for UNAMSIL of the Special Account established for UNOMSIL;

(a) Donor countries and funding institutions should make adequate and regular financial contributions to the Special Account established in accordance with the Organized Crime Convention for an expanded programme for providing technical assistance to countries in need, in particular least developed countries and countries emerging from conflict, in order to enable them to become parties to and implement the Convention;
(أ) أن تقدّم البلدان المانحة ومؤسسات التمويل مساهمات مالية كافية ومنتظمة في الحساب الخاص الذي أُنشئ وفقا لاتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة من أجل برنامج موسّع لتقديم المساعدة التقنية إلى البلدان التي تحتاج اليها، وخصوصا البلدان الأقل نموا والبلدان الخارجة من صراعات، ليتسنّى لها أن تصبح أطرافا في الاتفاقية وأن تنفّذها؛

(b) Included in financial statements I, II and III are the escrow accounts established pursuant to Security Council resolutions 706 (1991) and 712 (1991) for the payments envisaged under paragraph 6 of resolution 778 (1992), and the Special Account established pursuant to Security Council resolutions 687 (1991), 706 (1991) and 1284 (1999).
