وبمقتضى أحكام مشروع القرار، ستقوم الجمعية العامة بالطلب من الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تواصل استقبال البعثات الزائرة لﻷقاليم.

In this regard, this is also an opportunity to express our support for the call by the General Assembly for the administering Powers to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its responsibilities and to ask Member States and the specialized agencies of the United Nations to provide much needed assistance to the Non-Self-Governing Territories.
وفي هذا الصدد، تعتبر هذه فرصة أيضا للإعراب عن تأييدنا للنداء الذي وجهته الجمعية العامة إلى الدول القائمة بالإدارة للتعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة للاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها ومطالبة الدول الأعضاء والوكالات المتخصصة للأمم المتحدة بتقديم المساعدة الملحة إلى الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.

In that connection, the Special Committee recommends that the Assembly request all the administering Powers to become involved with the work of the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and, in particular, to participate actively in the work relating to the Territories under their respective administrations.
وفي هذا الصدد، توصي اللجنة الخاصة بأن تطلب الجمعية العامة من جميع الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تعمد إلى المشاركة في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة في إطار الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تشترك، بصفة خاصة، اشتراكا فعليا في اﻷعمال المتعلقة باﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارة كل من هذه الدول.

In that connection, the Special Committee recommends that the Assembly request those administering Powers that have not yet done so to become involved with the work of the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and, in particular, to participate actively in the work relating to the Territories under their respective administrations.
وتوصي اللجنة الخاصة، في هذا الصدد، بأن تطلب الجمعية العامة إلى الدول القائمة بالإدارة التي لم تشارك بعد في الأعمال التي تقوم بها اللجنة الخاصة تنفيذا لولايتها أن تقوم بذلك، وبوجه خاص، أن يشارك كل منها بنشاط في الأعمال المتصلة بالإقليم الذي يتولى إدارته.

Reaffirms that the United Nations visiting missions to the Territories are an effective means of ascertaining the situation in the Territories, as well as the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants, and calls upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to facilitate visiting missions to the Territories;
14 - تعيد تأكيد أن بعثات الأمم المتحدة الزائرة التي توفد إلى الأقاليم وسيلة فعالة للتحقق من الحالة في الأقاليم ومن رغبات سكانها وتطلعاتهم، وتهيب بالدول القائمة بالإدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة للاضطلاع بولايتها وتيسير إيفاد البعثات الزائرة إلى الأقاليم؛

In that connection, the Special Committee recommends that the Assembly request all the administering Powers to become involved with the work of the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and, in particular, to participate actively in the work relating to the Territories under their respective administrations.
وفي هذا الصدد، توصي اللجنة الخاصة بأن تطلب الجمعية العامة من جميع الدول القائمة بالإدارة أن تعمد إلى المشاركة في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة في إطار الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تشترك، بصفة خاصة، اشتراكا فعليا في الأعمال المتعلقة بالأقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارة كل من هذه الدول.

I should like, in this regard, to express to the Secretary-General, on behalf of the Special Committee, our sincere appreciation for and satisfaction with the arrangements made to assist the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate.
وأود في هذا الصدد أن أعرب لﻷمين العام، باسم اللجنة الخاصة، عن تقديرنا الصادق وارتياحنا للترتيبات التي وضعها لمساعدة اللجنة الخاصة في النهوض بولايتها.

As previously reported in detail (A/55/497, paras. 30-31), the Secretariat provides substantive, technical, administrative and information services to the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate.
وكما ذكر سابقا بالتفصيل (A/55/497، الفقرتان 30 و 31)، تقدم الأمانة العامة خدمات فنية وتقنية وإدارية وإعلامية إلى اللجنة الخاصة لمساعدتها في الاضطلاع بولايتها.
