وأوصت اللجنة المشتركة بمنح اﻷولوية للعمل على وضع اﻷحكام والشروط التفصيلية التي ستصدر على أساسها التراخيص في منطقة التعاون الخاصة.

30- وفي بيان مشترك صدر في ختام الاجتماع، أعربت اللجنة المشتركة عن ارتياحها للتقدم الذي أحرزته اللجنة الفرعية في معالجة عدة مسائل تتصل بإصدار مجموعة من التراخيص في منطقة التعاون الخاصة.
