471. The Committee decided to inform the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission about all the steps it had taken in that regard and to express its interest in maintaining close cooperation with her.

10. Requests the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission on the issue of the administration of justice through military tribunals to continue to take account of the present resolution in his ongoing work;

18. At its sixteenth session, the Committee recommended that relations be maintained with the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities with respect to traditional practices affecting the health of women and children.
١٨ - وفي الدورة السادسة عشرة، أوصت اللجنة بالاحتفاظ بالعلاقات القائمة مع المقررة الخاصة للجنة الفرعية لمنع التمييز وحماية اﻷقليات فيما يتصل بالممارسات التقليدية التي تؤثر على صحة النساء واﻷطفال.

The Government of Fiji requested support from the Voluntary Fund for the International Decade for the participation of three resource-persons for the workshop: the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group on Indigenous Populations, the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission and member of the Working Group, and the Secretary of the Working Group on the draft declaration.
